This hoof trimming clinic offers you the opportunity to learn about hooves and barefoot hoof care, including how to perform a maintenance trim on your own horse. More and more horses are experiencing hoof problems, many of which could be avoided by following a more natural approach to hoof care. Know Hoof, Know Horse has never been more true. Navicular, laminitis, and insulin resistance are on the rise. This clinic will teach you practical ways to lower risks, support long-term soundness, and reduce veterinary costs through correct hoof form based on Mother Nature’s design. Subtle differences in trimming methods can help restore hooves to their original healthy state. You will also learn best practices in horse keeping that promote a healthier, happier, and fitter horse.
